Returns & Exchanges

At Ardene, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Ardene account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
